The Deep Dive gives you an even more detailed view of your feedback. Simply click on any center gauge on your main dashboard to navigate to the Deep Dive.

Scores for each behavior

On the radar chart, you can see your relative strengths and weaknesses. Hover over the chart to see the score for each behavior.

Improvement Tips

Scroll down and you will find various improvement tips and courses that will help you develop your leadership skills.

Request Follow-Up Feedback

In the Follow-Up Feedback section, you can request additional, written feedback from your feedback circle. Click on Get Follow-Up Feedback and follow the instructions.

Scroll further down to see how your scores have changed over time.
