My score is low. What now?
Okay, getting a low score can be stressful. We’ve gotten low scores ourselves sometimes, so we understand. We believe that knowing when you’re struggling is better than not knowing — in fact, it’s empowering.
Learning about your weaknesses is how you improve and gain deeper self-insight. Also, understanding what you’re are doing well is helpful and feels great! Sure, there are always growing pains along the way, but now you know where to direct your energy in your professional development. So what now?
If you want to improve you have three options.
1. Check out the Improvement section
Click on the Center Gauge on your main dashboard to get to the Deep Dive
On the next page scroll down to the How to Improve section. Here you will find various tips and tricks and pieces of advice to improve your habits and skills.
2. Get Follow-Up Feedback
Keep scrolling on the Deep Dive page to get additional, written feedback. Your feedback providers will be prompted to write in more detail how you can improve.

Simply click the Get Follow-Up Feedback button and follow the instructions.
3. Take our free online course (15 minutes)
Our free online course takes about 15-20, and you will learn how to reach out to your feedback providers and lead an insightful conversation. We will teach you how to ask questions and get actionable advice. This takes feedback from a one-way street to an actual conversation that will help you build strong and authentic relationships with your team. Click here to get to the course.
